Even though summer is "officially" over, the weather here in LA says otherwise. It's starting to cool down, but it's still not fall weather. I think that these amazing cut off shorts are perfect for the transition of summer to fall! I can easily throw on an army jacket on top if it gets to cold and it would make it the perfect fall outfit, in my opinion.
